IC CIPEM 2019, 19-21 September in Porto, aims to bring together researchers, teachers and musicians involved in musical education, performance and composition, concerned with the current challenges of music education in a changing world and eager to reflect on the roles of music in peoples’ lives in contemporary societies.
Proposals for presentations are welcome in Portuguese, English or Spanish, in one of the following formats: Paper (up to 15 minutes); Panel (by three authors, up to 60 minutes); Workshop (up to 60 minutes) and Poster.

Authors are invited to submit an abstract of up to 400 words, including the research objective, theoretical background, methodologies and findings, as well as 3 to 5 key words until May 12. Proposals for Panels should include an abstract with the purpose and a general description of the session, and an abstract by each author. Should be included: authors’ names, profession, institution and contact details.
